Where do you deliver and what does it cost?

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £4.49 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £5.49. Delivery is added at checkout and there is no free-delivery threshold.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are Royal Mail service names describing estimated services; they are not guaranteed 24-hour or 48-hour delivery promises, and arrival times are not guaranteed.

How are orders packed?

Accepted Answer

Orders are securely packed using temperature-controlled packaging prior to dispatch. This refers to Voryxion Labs' own packaging before handover to the carrier; Royal Mail does not provide temperature-controlled transport.

Which currency are prices shown in?

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is added separately at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

For ordinary eligible goods you may tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving them, then return them within a further 14 days. Any clear statement is enough — email support@voryxionlabs.co.uk with your order reference; no special form is required. Full details are on the Returns page.

Do change-of-mind returns have to be unopened?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Research products require controlled handling and chain-of-custody integrity, so change-of-mind returns must be unopened and unused with original seals and tamper-evident packaging intact. Items that have been opened, reconstituted, used or tampered with cannot be returned to sale, and where the statutory sealed-goods health or hygiene exception genuinely applies to a particular item the cancellation right for it may cease once the seal is broken. This never affects your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

What happens to returned stock?

Any returned product whose seal or chain of custody has been compromised is quarantined and never returned to saleable inventory. That is an inventory-safety rule about resale, not an exclusion of your statutory remedies.

My order arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect — what should I do?

Email support@voryxionlabs.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the parcel, shipping label, outer and inner packaging, seals and the affected item. The 7 days is for prompt investigation only and does not shorten your statutory rights. We will normally offer a replacement at no extra charge for confirmed transit damage, missing items or an incorrect item where appropriate and stock allows; if stock is unavailable we may offer a refund where appropriate. Your statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain available.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or from the day you supply evidence they were sent back, whichever is earlier. On a valid cancellation we refund the price paid plus the basic standard outbound delivery cost.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full, and return postage for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods is at our cost.
