Terms & conditions

The terms on which Voryxion Labs sells to customers in the United Kingdom. They set out how orders are placed and accepted, how payment and delivery work, and how cancellations and faults are handled. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Listings are supplied for research purposes only and are not offered for human or veterinary use. Do not use the site unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable or a price is obviously wrong.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you place the order.

We accept two payment methods: a UK bank transfer, and native SOL on the Solana network. There is no card checkout, and card details are never collected by this site.

Payment is due after you place the order. Each order is given a unique payment reference, which must be quoted with your payment so we can match it. Stock is reserved for the period stated at checkout and on your order page; if payment is not received in that time the order may be cancelled and the items released. Contact us if your payment is delayed and we will hold the order where we can.

Payments are confirmed manually. An order is dispatched only once we have confirmed that the funds have arrived — nothing on this site verifies a bank transfer or a blockchain transaction automatically. For SOL payments, send only native SOL on the Solana network to the address shown on your order; other tokens, coins or networks may be permanently lost and cannot be credited or refunded. See how to pay with SOL.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are set out on the delivery page. Estimates are indicative and are not guarantees.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out on the returns and refunds page. In summary: for ordinary eligible goods you may tell us within 14 days of receiving them that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason, and then return them within a further 14 days. Any clear statement of cancellation is accepted; no special form is required. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of evidence of return, whichever is earlier, and cover the price paid plus the basic standard outbound delivery cost. You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods on a change-of-mind cancellation; we cover it for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Because research products require controlled handling and chain-of-custody integrity, change-of-mind returns must be unopened and unused with original seals and tamper-evident packaging intact. Items that have been opened, reconstituted, used, materially altered or tampered with cannot be returned to sale, and any returned item whose seal or chain of custody has been compromised is quarantined rather than returned to saleable inventory. Where the statutory sealed-goods health or hygiene exception genuinely applies to a particular item, the cancellation right for that item may cease once the seal is broken; this is assessed item by item and is noted on the relevant product page.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and any relevant photographs. That timescale exists so we can investigate promptly and does not shorten your statutory rights. We will normally offer a replacement at no additional charge where appropriate and stock is available, and may offer a refund where a replacement is unavailable — without limiting your statutory entitlement to reject, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, and we are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We supply goods for research use in a business or professional context; where you buy for purposes outside that, your consumer rights apply in full. We are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data.

Complaints and governing law

Send complaints to support@voryxionlabs.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
