There is no free-delivery threshold: a delivery charge applies to every order.

“Tracked 24” and “Tracked 48” are Royal Mail service names for estimated delivery services. They are not a guarantee that an order will arrive within 24 or 48 hours, and no arrival time is guaranteed.

Orders are securely packed using temperature-controlled packaging prior to dispatch. This refers to the packaging we use before an order is handed over to the carrier; Royal Mail does not provide temperature-controlled transport.

Tracking

Both delivery services are tracked. Tracking details will also appear in your order history once fulfilment is connected.

Deliveries outside the UK

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Orders for delivery outside the UK are not accepted.

Delayed or missing parcels

If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact support@voryxionlabs.co.uk with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier. Your statutory rights are unaffected by delivery estimates shown on this page.
