How to pay with SOL

Voryxion Labs accepts native SOL on the Solana network as an alternative to a UK bank transfer. There is no card payment. This page explains exactly how a SOL payment works here.

SOL payment is not yet configured on this store. No receiving address exists, so no SOL should be sent to anyone claiming to represent us. This page describes the process for when it goes live.

Before you start

  • You need a Solana wallet holding enough native SOL to cover the order total plus the network fee.
  • Place your order first. The receiving address and your unique payment reference are shown on your order page once the order exists.
  • Payments are matched and confirmed by a person. Nothing on this site checks the blockchain automatically, so an order is never marked paid on its own.

Step by step

  1. Add your items to the basket and go to checkout.
  2. Choose SOL (Solana) as the payment method and place the order.
  3. On the order page, copy the receiving address exactly. Check the first and last several characters after pasting.
  4. Send the amount shown from your wallet on the Solana network. Keep the transaction signature.
  5. Reply to your order confirmation, or email support@voryxionlabs.co.uk, quoting your order reference and the transaction signature.
  6. Once we have confirmed receipt, the order moves to Payment confirmed and is dispatched within 1 working day.

Send native SOL only

Only send native SOL on the Solana network to the address shown on your order. Do not send any other token, coin or wrapped asset, and do not send from another network. Assets other than native SOL may be permanently lost, and we cannot recover, credit or refund them.

We do not accept any other cryptocurrency. If you see a request to pay in a different asset, it did not come from us.

Amounts, rates and the payment window

Orders are priced in pounds sterling. When you place a SOL order we take a live market rate on our servers, convert your GBP total once, and freeze the resulting SOL amount on your order. That exact amount, the rate used and the expiry time are shown on your order page and in your confirmation email — send the exact amount shown before the quote expires. If the quote lapses before you pay, contact us for a fresh amount rather than sending the old one.

If a live rate cannot be obtained at the moment you order, no amount is quoted and no estimate is invented — SOL pricing is simply shown as temporarily unavailable and you can pay by bank transfer instead. Payments are confirmed manually; nothing on this site checks the blockchain automatically.

Stock is reserved for 2 hours after you place an order. If your payment is delayed, contact us and we will hold the items where we can.

Underpayments, overpayments and refunds

  • If less than the agreed amount arrives, we will contact you before dispatching anything.
  • If more than the agreed amount arrives, we will arrange the return of the difference.
  • Refunds due under your returns and refunds rights are made using the same method you paid with unless we agree otherwise with you.

Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible once broadcast. That does not remove your statutory rights as a consumer — it only affects how a refund is sent back to you.
